Wakestock Weekend

Jesus I don't really know what to say... I guess I can safely say Wakestock was pretty special.
We were supposed to DJ 3 times but ended up playing 6. Friday night was mental warming up for 3 of our favourite Discjocks, Jakwob, Toddla T and Skream who all smashed it! But not as mental as the night after when we had to fill in for Zane Lowe in the Bigtop. Probably about 500 people when we first went out, half way through the set there was maybe 5000. Definitely the craziest gig I've done.

Beach Break Live & Cardiff Arts Institute
We were down in South Wales playing in a giant ghettoblaster last weekend. Bigup to Beach Break it was epic. We love camping and the sun was blazing. We all developed a bit of a crush on Annie Mac... Maybe it was the vast amounts of rum and cider but she bloody killed it.
The next day brought a massive hangover, a dodgey belly from a late night kebab and what turned out to be a bit of a mission to Cardiff for around two. Again a massive thanks to Kaptain at Cardiff Arts Institute - hit up his blog www.chromekids.blogspot.com and give him some love.
More photos after the jump.
Next stop Wakestock... Shiiiieeeeeet!

No Bullshit Mix

One lazy Sunday afternoon I recorded this and it's been sat in my itunes ever since. We've both found ourselves listening to it quite a bit. It's a little different to our other mixes and we've ended up loving it for its simplicity, so we decided to post it.
There's no fancy mixing, no PT re-edits, no samples or klaxons. 140bpm... No bullshit!

Home Coming.

Wow-Wa-Wee that was a BIGGY. Two gigs back to back in Abersoch is heavy. We had a dope time! Thanks to everyone who came to see us. We really didn't think it was gonna be that crazy or smokey. Hmm yeh, maybe we did get a bit carried away and dropped a couple too many face melters! Same again next Banky. Do it!! More after the jump
