Here is our latest mix. Funk, soul & hip-hop based with a few basslines thrown in there too. We had a lot of fun making this one as it's a little different from our usual stuff. Have a listen, if you enjoy it you can download it for free.
Sorry, been a bit lame with getting this uploaded, here are the highlights from the Energy sessions arena. Leeds 2011. We had such an awesome time, thanks again to everyone for making it so good. Ooooosh!
We were so broken when we had to do this interview. Really big night before and not nearly enough sleep - I can't believe it was left in... Saying "Energy Sessions Arena" was truly the hardness thing I had to do all weekend. Why is that so hard to remember... shiieeet
Defo our favourite festie of the year so far. It had a bloody swimming pool... We were at the JW Horsebox with Heave, MJ Cole, Zinc, Redlight and the Legend that is DJ Derrik.

Plastic Thumbs pull all their influences from reggae, funk and the golden era of hip-hop, pulled together with the same focus, colliding the buzz and crackling energy of dancehall with rhyme splattered beats and gut-wrenching low-end bass lines.
